Shipping Policy

Aetheva’s Wellness Letters are mailed once per month via USPS.

We ship all Wellness Letters on the 7th of each month. After mailing, most members can expect their letter to arrive within 3–8 business days, depending on location and USPS processing times.

Part of the beauty of snail mail is its slower pace and the anticipation that builds throughout the month. That said, we understand that delays can happen. If more than 10 business days have passed since the 7th and your letter hasn’t arrived, please reach out to us and we’ll be happy to help.

A few important notes:

• We currently ship within the United States only

• Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to USPS delays, holidays, or weather

• Please ensure your mailing address is correct before the 5th of each month to guarantee delivery for that cycle
