Returns & Refunds Policy

Due to the nature of our products, all sales of Aetheva’s Wellness Letters are final.

Wellness Letters are prepared and mailed on a set monthly schedule. Once an order has entered the fulfillment process, we’re unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

Please note:

  • No refunds are available after the 7th of the month, when Wellness Letters are shipped.

  • Refund requests made before the 7th may be considered if your order has not yet been processed or mailed.

  • Once a Wellness Letter has been shipped, it cannot be returned or refunded.

If your letter arrives damaged or there is an issue with delivery, please contact us within 7 days of receipt, and we’ll do our best to make it right.
